Amos/Agua AGM Meeting in Vila Verde
Hi everyone we are having difficulty putting on the forum under “Documents” the summary of the all the meetings during the last 10 days.
It is too long to put on a thread so we will be sending each “Full Member” an email of this document. If anyone does not receive this in the next couple of days please contact us.
It has been said that there has been a lack of communication regarding these meetings but as every meeting has had more or less the same agenda we thought it would save time doing a summary once they had all finished.
The committee have been attending two meeting every day since the start, starting at 10:30am and going on until 7/8 at night (sometime without lunch breaks). Sue Smith has then been going back to her apartment writing up a summary of each meeting and it has been very tiring to say the least.
The official minutes were taken by Denise Evora as it is a legal requirement they are taken in Portuguese. They will be translated into English for us and sent out by Atmos/Agua as soon as possible.
